Peter B Collins talks one on one with Prof. David Ray Griffin, focusing on the two most recent of his 35 books: The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center 7: Why the Final Official Report About 9/11 is Unscientific and False and Osama bin Laden, Dead of Alive? Building 7 is the gateway to busting the myths of 9/11 embraced by the discredited 9/11 Commission. Dr. Griffin talks about how Van Jones was vilified just for signing a petition calling for a new investigation, and about the effort to pass a NYC referendum enabling a new inquiry. He offers many examples of the NIST reports exagerrations and fabrications, and concludes that WTC was brought down in a controlled demolition. In the bin Laden book, he details all of the reports of bin Laden’s death, evaluates the credibility of video and audio releases attributed to bin Laden, and concludes that he is probably dead.

Regarding, 9/11 and losing one’s so-called “Nationalist Faith.” First, I would have to agree with Albert Einstein, “Unthinking respect for authority is the greatest enemy of truth.” Second, I would also agree with Ralph Waldo Emerson: “The faith that stands on authority is not faith.”
“A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government.” said Edward Abbey. And here is what the Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta had to say:
“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” ~Buddha
“Men in authority will always think that criticism of their policies is dangerous. They will always equate their policies with patriotism, and find criticism subversive.” Henry Steele. The fact is, our Founding Father had less faith in government and less Nationalistic Pride than we have today–simply stated, they were not as blind as we are. For them the choice was between liberty and tyranny–and so it should be for us.
This situation is very strange for the nation that put men on the Moon 40 years ago. That anniversary is coming up in July. But getting to the Moon was a physics and engineering problem and so is this 9/11 business.
The Empire State Building was completed 70 years before the World Trade Center was destroyed. What kind of electronic computers did they have in 1931? Skyscraper physics is not Rocket Science. The neutron was not discovered until 1932. Skyscraper physics is not nuclear physics. You do not build 110 story skyscrapers without determining how much steel and and how much concrete to put on every level. Why don’t we have that information on the WTC towers after SEVEN YEARS? Why don’t our engineering schools demand it?
What would have happened in 2002 if 80% of the deans of our engineering and architecture schools had publicly stated that a 150 ton airliner could not possibly destroy a 400,000 ton building in less than 2 hours? After this much time our engineering schools are accomplices after the fact.
I guess these are too complex and expensive for our engineering schools to build.
